Terms Agreement
By confirming your order, selecting your mapping coordinate locations, and checking out, you consent to these operational policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Circle of Crust online ordering platform, mobile applications, or related delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. We reserve the right to review, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. User Accounts & Mobile OTP Verification
To place orders, access rewards, or apply promotional coupons, you may need to register on our platform. Account creation requires a valid mobile number, which is verified using a secure One-Time Password (OTP).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account session details. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your OTP-verified profile. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
3. Ordering, Customisation & Cooking
All food orders are subject to kitchen availability and delivery ranges. You may customize items (sizes, crust options, or toppings) using our interactive menu builders.
Once an order is submitted to the kitchen network (via our Petpooja POS integration), details cannot be altered. Make sure your customized configuration matches your requirements before checking out.
4. Delivery Coordinates, Location Pinning & Charges
Our platform uses Google Maps APIs to compute delivery feasibility. You are responsible for ensuring that the address coordinates you select on the map accurately pinpoint your physical location.
Delivery charges are dynamically calculated based on the distance between your pinned location coordinates and the nearest operating store branch. If a delivery driver arrives at a location that does not match the pinned address coordinates, additional charges may apply or delivery may be cancelled without a refund.
5. Pricing, Transactions & Payments
Prices for our items are listed on our menus and are subject to change. Payment can be processed through our integrated credit card, debit card, UPI, or mobile wallet channels.

6. Cancelation & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been accepted by the restaurant kitchen. If you need to cancel a pending order, please contact the store immediately.
Refunds are issued solely at our discretion in instances of order errors, delivery failures, or missing items. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, menu items, page layouts, crust designs, and images, is the intellectual property of Circle of Crust Pizza. You may not reuse, redistribute, or replicate any of our assets without express written consent.
